Returns Policy
At Trend Reps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Return Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@trendreps.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions within 24 hours.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colours, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us at support@trendreps.com with your order number and the item you would like instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Shipping for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.
