You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Contact us immediately at support@trendreps.com and we will do our best to help.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over \u00A3150. Orders under \u00A3150 have a flat rate shipping fee of \u00A34.99.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel directly from the carrier website.

How do I return an item?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
