RETURN POLICY
You may return most items purchased from Trend Reps within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they meet the following conditions:
Items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• In the same condition as when received
• Not altered in any way (no hemming, tailoring, etc.)
Non-returnable items:
• Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
• Gift cards
• Items damaged through misuse or normal wear

PACK & SHIP
Pack the item securely and send it back using the return label provided

GET REFUNDED
Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item
REFUND DETAILS
Processing time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless we sent the wrong item or a defective product.
EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@trendreps.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
