All products sold on Trend Reps are premium quality piece streetwear items. Product descriptions and images are provided for illustrative purposes. We reserve the right to modify product offerings without notice. Prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the United Kingdom and internationally. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other third parties. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

You may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, contact us at support@trendreps.com. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and graphics, is the property of Trend Reps or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
